The thing about TN's bad viewing angles, isn't it's only problem. Most IPS run 24 bit RGB giving 16.7 mill different colors and shades. TN normally has lower bit depth, which could lead to banding.
IPS is the way to go, but don't get to fixated on the blacks. Many screen manufactures crunch the blacks in their default settings, meaning that you'll loose detail in the shadows.
If you wan't perfect colors and and blacks, you should consider buying a probe for calibrating. Even a cheap TN panel can output color and gamma close to perfect after calibration. Only thing is, you have to sit 100% still, and look only at the center of the TN panel in a 90 deg angle... ;)
I think IPS was developed by Hitachi, and the actual panels are made by very few factories, meaning, that you could buy most of the IPS monitors. Basicly they only differ, in design, USB hubs, tilt-ability etc.
If you do critical work on images etc., be aware that a monitor like the 30" ACD takes about 1/2 hour to reach full luminance after switching it on.

What you can do it enable breakpoints and when it crashes you can have a look in the debugger - it will tell you on what line the app crashed on.
AddNewSecondList *SecondListViewController = [[AddNewSecondList alloc] initWithNibName:@"AddNewSecondList"
bundle:nil];
self.addSecondListController = SecondListViewController;
[SecondListViewController release];
[self.navigationController pushViewController:self.addSecondListController animated:YES];
Why do you retain a reference the the navigation controller created here? If you have processing going on in this view you should move that to the Model layer and just create the view each time, like:

That's good that the source code has been released. I think the number of people out there that would install a hacked version of OS X and then later buy a mac greatly outweighs the number of people that would specifically build their own computers for installing a hacked version of OS X. I know a good few people that tried the hacked version and now have new macs of their own.
I think Apple are now also confident that their hardware is such good value for money that people won't bother building their own setups.

Would agree with 1rottenapple, I have a brodit holder in my car, works perfectly with that, looks like part of the car and is cheaper. http://www.brodit.com/

Ok, in closing this thread.. I have decided to go with the Quadro fx 4500 and also as a back up, I also am getting the 6600 256MB version - I really want my machine quiet and not noisy though.
But I guess a little bit of noise isn't too bad though.

By hard, I mean like hard shells, like Griffin Reveal and stuff.
Hmmm... Well, the Rebel is kind of a siliconish material.

Are there any disadvantages of buying iMacs (or anything) from these third party sellers compared to buying it directly from Apple (store or online)? For e.g., does it still come with the 1 year AppleCare/warranty?
Also, I see tax in my bill at Macconnection. No no tax?

Boo, I thought I had decided which one I wanted, then I came across this:
http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/firewire/EliteALmini/RAID/eSATA_FW800_FW400_USB
The one I was originally looking at was
http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/firewire/1394/USB/EliteAL/eSATA_FW800_FW400_USB
It says the portable drive has up to 300mb/s transfer rate, while the other one has up to 150mb/s transfer rate. Is it safe to say that the portable drive is significantly faster in this case or is it just for SSD? I'd imagine 7200RPM drives from the same company would run at similar speeds. I'm not completely familiar with RAID either, and I know SSDs are a lot faster (so maybe the 300mb/s was talking about an SSD which I don't want).
Any confirmation would be great =D
This speed difference exists only via eSATA.

Goo gone. but be careful, it's rather viscous, so it gets everywhere fast. Put some on a rag and then wipe off... probably best to wipe with clean water after, to keep acids from harming the plastic's finish.

That jornalist is an idiot. See the Apple logo on the back of all those 'phones'? That's not Apple's logo! That's Applele's logo, and MANY renderings have come out of that website for YEARS, all bearing that logo. It's just his expression of what he think would look cool on the Apple product line. This is in no way real!
Good day!
