would you accept $400 worth of iTunes Gift Certificates (4 GCs worth 100 ea)? If you don't use it, you can resell on eBay, I would, but I can't sell on there :/ You could get probably 80 per 100.

I'm using Lockscreen Clock Hide to display a custom lockscreen theme properly. I'm also using SnowCover4.
However, this takes away the song title.
Is there anyway to get the song information back without the use of the stock clock?

That is highly inaccurate for a number of reasons. Generally "leaked" release dates are very inaccurate until it's within two weeks of release. Given that it has only been a couple months since the newest ones came out, waiting is pretty well pointless.

Because I don't want them going to that folder at all. I like to email a picture and delete it right after or drag and drop it to the appropriate folder.
You do know that you can drag pics directly from Photo Booth to your Desktop or email or other location, then delete them in Photo Booth, so nothing is saved in the /username/Photo Booth folder, right?

Hi, GreenRabbit here!
Most of you have seen these images (http://greenrabbits.blogspot.com/) already, they spread all over the web after they were first published. Many of you guessed fake, some were not so sure. See for yourself, here's the full story behind the iphoney ipod touch and the galactic touchpad button:

Hi,
We have an active directory network with over 1000 users. Last year we got 10 imacs and an xserve with OSX 10.5 for a music project . I set up OD and created users, etc. As it was only a small group of selected users I manually did this and they changed the password to the same as their AD accounts when they logged in for the first time. Now, the imacs have proved very popular and we are now getting quite a few more for Media, Art and graphics, which means a lot of students will now be logging into macs as well as PCs.
What is the best way to sync user accounts from AD into OD? I was hoping that I could still bind the imacs to the OD directory server and get the xserve to sync with my AD server to save me the hassle of manually creating accounts. Hope this makes sense.
TIA

Tap and hold on the question mark you want to see. A dialog should pop up for 'open in' then choose photos if it is a picture, if it is a different type of file such as a PDF either iBooks or another app that you use for those.

<snip> This is not an RPG, more like an open ended adventure game.
In any case to answer your question, yes, Oblivion is as open ended as you think.
That actually sounds more fun than an RPG to me. :p I love adventure games, like the original Zelda, before it became overly puzzle based, and Diablo, etc.
Thanks guys, I think I'm going to have to check this one out... on a 360, though, as I have no desire to build a gaming PC or spend the required money on a Mac capable of running it via Boot Camp.

Thanks for the answers, you two.
The lack of screen real estate is one of the things I lament about my 13" Pro; everything just feels cramped when I start opening more programs. If reading the smaller texts is not an issue for 13" Air users, I think the switch will be safe. I will wait and see what the Air refresh brings...
If any other 13" Air owners want to chime in, I'd love to hear more.

Well, I believe Apple have vowed to have iTunes Music Store Europe up and running at some time this year... and based on what I've read here and elsewhere it'll maybe be sometime this quarter (late July/August) or possibly it will drag out 'til Q4 2004. I guess we'll never know until Apple announce it, but I'm definitely excited about it coming - as long as the price is right!

Hey guys.. i was interested in buying the 12" ibook. had a bit of doubt though. the prev gen. ibooks supported max 1024x768 on external displays. What is the max resolution that the new gen ibooks support?
It's real important for me as I recently got a 17" LCD and I would rather use my LCD at home than the 12" screen which wud come in handy when am away from home.
I guess there aren't any rumors about ibooks like the mac mini updates next week?

It would be better to have more than one backup strategy. Time Machine is fine, but adding a CCC or SuperDuper clone on another drive is better. Also if your music is that important, make a backup and keep it in a safe or offsite.

It seems that you're trying to save the video to the media browser. If so, you get to choose which sizes you want by checking the corresponding boxes after you choose Share->Media Browser.
If you don't want a certain size, go to the very bottom of the Share menu, Share->Remove From->Media Browser.
It shouldn't be rendering all sizes automatically...

I used to have this problem.
I went to versiontracker.com and d/l'd a few coedecs for quicktime. I have yet to come across an avi since which I can't play, although I encountered heaps before.
WMP 9 plays pretty much all the .wmv's that VLC will not. Although it is slow at skipping ahead and generally a crappy piece of software, I think I have only come across a few .wmv's it will not play, and again I had heaps of them that VLC wouldn't play because of the WMV3 codec, yet I have had no issues with WMP9.
