If you are seriously interested in getting the most out of your money.. then listen to me. These phones are rated 7/10.. which is quite a damn good rating. That is the rating from Head-Fi.org. Simply by going by their ratings you can get set of phones that sell for $40 and rate 8.5.
Except you failed to fallow TS request wanting controls not just sound. yes these will pause music and answer calls. however they won't allow you to skip tracks, or play a song over adjust the volumes like the others. but they do sound good. I do agree with checking reviews on Audiophile sites like Head-Fi.org.

What ISO did you shoot this at? With an aperture of 1.4 and the reflected light I think you could've afforded to do ISO400 even, with steady enough hands. Looks like you shot it at 1600+ though.

Anyone has a clue if Apple use integrated Intel HD graphics in SandyBridge processors as it does in MBP ? I'm particularly interested if desktop CPU graphic (which I believe is lower spec than mobile HD2000 vs. HD3000) can drive 27'' display in normal desktop operations and discrete GPU can be turned off ? It would be also interesting to know if they use Sandy Bridge Quick sync for video transcoding - anyone have a clue about that ?

You can use CSS to hide the scroll bars (overflow:hidden), then use JavaScript to set the scroll amount on the iframe. I'll let you search on that as I don't really have the time for it.

Hey all. I can't believe what just happened over my Thanksgiving break! My employer offered me an upper level marketing position for the marketing company I worked for as an intern for years. :) What does this have to do with a feeler thread you ask haha. Plain and simple, the company is giving me a nice Dell Latitude loaded with Adobe Creative Suite CS2 and QuarkXPress 6.1! Yeah, its windows I know, but its worth it for a free computer with all that software. I really should sell my PowerMac that I just got not more than a few weeks ago (used) since it really won't be used much at this point. I was thinking it would be worth somewhere in the $1,600 range plus shipping (with the upgraded graphics and remaining Applecare). I don't know anyone who is experienced in this sort of thing, but I thought there are many skilled minds lurking around this forum, who might can give us advice, if possible.

Hi,
I've always wanted to get into DJ'ing but never had the time, but now that I do I have downloaded a few software demos and bought the equipment I need.
I know that to have the ability to cue tracks whilst keeping the other mix coming out the speakers I needed another soundcard....
So I bough a cheap and cheerful one off amazon.
This is hard to explain so please bare with me.
My problem is when I aggregate the soundcards (mac's own and this other one) together inorder for Traktor to recognaise them ( I end up with a 3in 4 out combo), a problem develops....unlike in other software (mixxx and VDJ) where you can just state that you have to sound cards and then assign to outputs to monitor and 2 to speakers; traktor gets confused and plays the mix through both speakers and headphones, and when I press the button on the controller for the deck i want to hear through the headphones I hear the entire mix plus the mix I want slightly louder. This is kind of defeating the the purpose of the headphones
I think the problem lies in the Audio MIDI set up utility with clock selection and resample boxes needing ticked or something....but I am far too much of a noob at that.
Please help me work out how to get the MIx played through my speakers and only the deck I want to monitor being played through the headphones
- It is neither the soundcards fault or the headphones as this works fine in Virtual DJ and Mixxx.

Such a thing is only possible on a jailbroken phone so you should probably ask your question on a forum more tailored to them.

My iMac arrived today. It seems to be in the condition described (to be honest, haven't hooked it up yet, but it looks good) and was well-packed.
It was shipped on the 2nd, which doesn't gibe with our email exchanges, but perhaps that was because of the shipping mishap that Chad said occurred, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on that.
While the deal didn't go exactly smoothly, I suspect it was more because Chad got very busy and didn't follow-up on things rather than any attempt to deceive me.
In the end everything has been resolved and I would recommend Chad as a MR Marketplace seller.

I think if you put the drive in a firewire or usb external enclosure, the enclosure chipset will take care of that, so you can hook up a 300GB drive if you want.
