What kind of router? If it's an Apple router, the Airport utility will give you that info.

It is an Airport Express, but all the information the airport utility gives you about the DHCP clients, is the local ip address, MAC address, and the lease time.

there have been a couple of other threads regarding the issue of the backlights going out on Apple's LCD monitors.

The top half of my screen has become dim.

however, if i turn my computer on and the apple OS load screen is running.. right when that screen turns on my LCD monitor's top half goes brighter than what it sits at once the computer is booted up.

this is about a half second of extra brightness. I see this when I wake the computer from sleep sometimes.

whats the deal, any clues?

I'm trying it now. I'm not certain whether I like it or not--for the same reason as I'm not sure I like Aqua--too much blue. :D

Lol. Yeah. Well the theme is made to be old skool. You know, back in the day when all apps were aqua and designers were blue glass whores. :D But on the otherhand, pinstripe isn't blue anymore so I feel like I'm filling a void.

Mario film sucked at the time but it seems to have gained cult status now. Sorta like He-Man and all that, it's so naff and bizarre that it makes it watchable. Sorta like Graham Norton or Airplane.

I don't like to say.... "command-s", i like to say "apple-s". Mac users are different. with less technical terms that pc users, we do things better than them!!!
That is funny to me because in the past I've been admonished by an apple service repair tech for calling it the apple key and not the command key.
But then, computer technicians are generally arrogant sad little trolls whether they work on macs or windows computers.

I Have just recently bought a steering wheel to go with Grand Turismo 4 on the PS2. It is a logitech driving force pro that is reccomended as the wheel for GT4. I was wondering is there anyway I can use it for my mac as it connects via usb???

FINALLY I found someone for the forum shops location.

I am coming in from out of town and reserved my phone at the forum shop location at caesar's palace. I would like to know what to expect....

1) what were the lines like the last few launches?
2) where/what time to line up. ie: outside the mall? inside?
3) should I wait until the evening to pick up? I called and they said they close at 11pm so...

Open QuickTime X > go to File > New Movie Recording

Then select the arrow next to the full screen button and select either high or maximum quality.

Or you can record straight in iMovie by clicking the camera button in the middle bar on the left hand side and set it to 720p.
