You should be able to get the song by going to Advanced: Check for Purchased Music within iTunes. Hopefully, the system doesn't believe you've already downloaded the song.

i wanted to let anybody that stumbles on this forum that i found a way to restore it!
all you gotta do is hold menu and the middle button until the apple logo comes on, now let go and press and hold the middle and play/pause button it will then go into restore mode, once you connect it to a computer it will probably ask you to format the drive, just format and open itunes, now it will let you restore with itunes.

well, i do have photoshop.
i do some photoshop stuff too, but i am somehow afraid, that i cannot do justice to the dream i had...
that is why, i thought someone outthere has the time, talent and imagination "to do it for me."
well, as i said before, maybe i should really try hard to recreate my dream.

Hey, I'm designing a wedding invite for my cousin using adobe illustrator and it needs to be printed on both sides.
I'm in Australia and she's in England so I'll be sending her the file(s) and she'll have to organise the printing. I was wondering if theres anything I need to do to prepare it to be printed on both sides or is it just a case of having a separate document for each side to take to the printer and they'll work out the printing and lining up both sides?
Thanks in advance.

Meh.
I would be excited but I am still waiting to see what Apple does to counter the Xbox360 HD movie salvo that MS fired yesterday. The 'iTV' isn't looking too hot these days
Yeah, MS fired a good one. However, I think people are far more likely to buy a $300 box to attach to their TV than a gaming system for digital media.

I've been very pleased with my 15" powerbook... I've had it for 6 months now- and it's been flawless. So much so- that I've convinced 4 of my friends to get Macs :) Unfortunately one of my friends who got an iBook on my suggestion is having big problems all of a sudden. As far as I can tell.. his issues started about the time of the 10.3.8 update.. but I'm not completely sure.
His computer boots up fine, and seems to run fine for a while... but then gets boged down and programs crash left and right... Word crashes... iTunes... Mail...Firefox...etc.. the computer has "rebooted" on it's own several times. Generally not healthy.
I've run the cron jobs... repaired disk permissions... and--cleared the cache with ONYX. I also reran the 10.3.8 upgrade using the 100MB combo download. none of which helped.
I've also tried updating the prebinding in ONYX... but it fails- and gives me this:

I'm the resident computer guy 'round here, but have never had to deal with OSX problems! What else can I do to repair this thing? I'd love to be able to fix this computer problems without a reinstall... that's what I have to do with all the XP machines I work on .. not with OSX! Right? If I boot from the OSX CD can I "repair" the OS instalation? Someone please restore my faith in this wonderful OS!
Thanks-

That would be awesome! I love Leo and the TWiT podcasts.
You and me both. He has some really good shows going right now!
Well Leo and Josh are obviously fans of Apple so it would make sense.
I wouldn't say Leo is a die hard Apple fan. He likes their stuff but he also keeps it in perspective and does give it to Apple when he thinks they deserve it.

FWIW, I have the same problem with one of my Wiimotes and Spongebob CFTKK (Yeah, I know, but the kidlets enjoy the game). Unplug and replug the nunchuck and it works just fine.

I thought that hospitals were required to have backup generators...
they are required and normally the kick in, i was talking to someone that had been here for 25 years and she had never seen the back up generators not kick in.
Apparently an outside lab a mile away also lost power at the same time, something major happened.
two people were on the operating room tables when it went out, and thankfully i guess no one in CCC coded.

I always liked the name Showtime. It was suggested when Apple announced movies on iTunes.
Showtime is the name of one of the US cable tv networks.

Meh. I read all the hype around these trailers, but just watched them now. The textures look pretty decent and the water is pretty nice, until it forms a wave, then it looks pretty terrible. The fire and explosions look awful as well. Same for the smoke; little white puffy balls? The dragon itself has something wrong with it... the wings don't seem to reacting to the air right when they flap. Hard to explain what I mean, but it's just not real looking.
Gameplay looks really boring/repetitive, as mentioned. The long draw distance is impressive, though. All in all, completely unimpressed.

The price isn't too awful here in Canada, but a $179.99 cdn price tag (from $199-229 depending) would make it only $30 more than a DS Lite and make it more competitive. A better battery would be nice, although for day to day use it lasts okay, and you can always get another one to plug in when the one you are using dies (unlike the DS :() The MS isn't bad now, I saw a 4GB Duo for $69.99 and 2GB ones are always under $75. I have a 1GB one and it has enough room for 3 south park episodes, a movie, and some MP3's.
If they do a PSP Lite, i'm the first one at the store.

you MUST be missing a codec
I download lots of movies, and I cannot remember a movie I couldn't play. WMV3 codec plays in WMP, and EVERYTHING else can be played in mplayer or vlc. WMP WMV3 movies play smoothly, unless trying to skip ahead.
Although, sometimes windows media movies will not play from within Safari.
I have NEVER gotten Windows Media movies of any sort to play within Safari. In fact, anything not handled by QuickTime has never played inside of Safari for me.

I'm sure the reroute is the same in the U.S., just don't be an idiot and let it dial, really simple. Redialing 112 isn't all that bad actually.
Well the end call button seems to freeze after a sec when u dial 112 in the UK. Weird.
