Unless there's an official study guide (which should pop up in any Google search), practice exams probably do not exist in a legally distributable format. Most Apple exams are covered by an NDA.
What is an NDA?

The M0116 should have the same tactile feedback as the original Apple Extended Keyboard (released in '87 with the SE and II), although be careful here, as the Extended Keyboard II was released in 1990, and those keys are a little softer (and quieter).
And I'm with you - I consider the late 80s Apple keyboards to have the best feel, although they are a little loud by today's standards.

thank you for that. In the comments I found the script I must have used. I am still slightly uncomfortable in terminal and didnt want to goof anything up. I appreciate it.

You are missing a directory that iFile is looking for during the startup. If the directory doesn't exist, iFile will hang and keep searching for the missing directory. SSH into your iPad and create a Documents folder in the var/mobile/ directory. It should look like this when you're done, var/mobile/Documents. I hope that helps.

Okay, folks. This is an incredibly weird one. I know this has worked before. I stripped the code down to its barest form, so here it is, in its entirety:
tell application "Finder"
set theFolder to choose folder
set fileList to every file in theFolder
end tell
When I run itregardless of the folder I chooseI get the following message:
AppleScript Error
Finder got an error: Cant get alias "[path to folder]".
Anyone got any thoughts? Im banging my head against this one.

I just put a max (1 gig) ram upgrade in my computer from Viking (Viking Part Number: MPG4/1GBDS) and I was looking around at some other posts here and was wondering if you all thought this was a good choice? Now I am wondering due to some of the other posts on this board. Its for the ibook in my sig. Thanks. :D
Kinda impossible to tell from here, but...
Did the vendor guarantee compatibility with your Model Mac? Does it have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty? Does it work in your machine? If so, don't worry, be happy.

It's one of the coolest site I've ever seen. Nevertheless the navigation part is not so practical. I wonder how it would be with the pen-based mouse. Anyway, it's Leo Burnet's.

I think it will be a slightly different interface, but the version will definitely be iTunes 4. I also wouldn't expect to see it until at least MWNY 2003. I heard that Apple has run into a ton of problems with rendevous in 10.2.1, and that's why they haven't released it yet.

contentsOfDirectoryAtPath:error: returns an NSArray, I misread the Apple Documentation and thought it returned something else. What method do you suggest?
I suggest you:
1) Look at what is in the NSArray returned. Is it actually what you want? It's obviously not going to be an array of NSImages. But is it even an array of absolute paths?
2) Look at the NSMutableArray documentation for a method that will add objects from another array (the documentation should be your first port of call anyway).

I had my iPad 2 for about a week and a half before the camera stopped working. The shutter picture would appear and all camera functions would be frozen. The camera/video slider icons on the bottom right would flicker. The Facetime camera worked fine. Rebooting did not work. Restoring to factory settings did not work. Taking it to the Apple Genius Bar and having them install the latest firmware and restoring again did not work. They finally gave me a new iPad 2 and claimed they had not had that problem before. They guessed that the camera facing away from the screen may have come loose or was not properly installed.
Not much out there on this subject so hopefully this is an isolated and rare experience.

Why doesn't Google just send a payment for every time a video is viewed? The artists would make a ton of money and the videos would get to stay. Pulling them down and giving people a reprimand is not the right way to go.

I don't think that anyone has submitted an avatar making this play on words. Fence Post. ;) Obviously it is for the "1,000,000 post" category.

Thanks for taking the time to review and photograph an interesting couple of cases. Really interesting design, especially the Ice. Since I don't change cases often, and don't use a screen protector, I might have been interested, but wow, those watermarks on the back really dampen the mood, so to speak . . .

I was able to salvage the instal by booting into SL and finding the .pkg called "lionswupdate.pkg" in the updates folder of the root library. I ran it in SL and selected the lion partition as the target. I am back up and running.

You know when you see a PC, there are a lot of ugly, distracting sticks on them. How come Macs don't have the stickers?
Because they're ugly and distracting.

I'm happy for the Freeverse crew. I've met a couple of them at different game developer meetings in NYC and they're pleasant people. In the end, the goal of any small company is to be purchased. It's an incredible financial perk for the owners, but it also allows the company to make sudden growth and head down different creative avenues.
Don't worry guys and gals. There are still mac game developers with indie roots that will strive to bring fun and engaging games to all the Apple platforms. That's the goal of my company ProRattaFactor (http://www.prorattafactor.com) and many others such as Wolfire (http://www.wolfire.com/) and DanLabGames (http://www.danlabgames.com/).

If Apple continues to do the same, in a few years will look like windows policy. I don't like.
