I will be there before six, wearing a black FastMac t-shirt. I'll have 19 black FastMac t-shirts to give away to anyone who will be willing to wear it immediately.
My plan is to have fun in line, give away shirts, buy the family pack, get a shirt, then sit out in the mall and drink a Venti Starbucks while I upgrade my MBP with Leopard.

Unfortunately it has always been like that with Xcode, so I'm enjoying the fact that more and more people are annoyed by this, maybe we'll reach critical mass sooner and Apple will look into it.
I hope that Apple will manage to switch to patching, maybe with Lion, but anyway they'll probably NEED to go to a patching model, since the days of unlimited bandwidth seems numbered all around the world.

If you look at the buyers guide (the link is at the top right of this page) it says that the macbook is overdue for an update. I'm waiting for the update too, so hopefully it will be soon!

It's either the logic board or the hard drive.
I'm seeing logic boards selling for around �50 and 160GB hard drives selling for around �88.
By the time you:
a) Gamble which is causing the problem
b) Get a replacement part
c) Open the iPod - Apple make them VERY easy to break when you're opening them.
d) Fit the replacement part
e) Reassemble the iPod
You're probably better off buying a new iPod. Especially if your time is valuable.

But no support for the Olympus E-PL1, despite the fact that the E-P1 and E-P2, which use the same file format, were supported in the last release, and the E-P2 is almost identical to the E-PL1. :(
Funny, I would think having the same file format will make it work.
Fortunately, now I can use my� oh, wait. I don't have a camera that shoots in RAW format. Never mind. Move along people. Nothing to see here.

hey guys, I'm having problems because windows 7 won't install after the computer restarts. I think it's because bootcamp 3.0.4 isn't current enough. Here's the kicker, auto update won't detect the newer version and when I download the new one it opens as code in the text form. I have a 15" MBP mid-2009. i'm installing 64-bit windows

I have so many. I have them going back to the old old brick-shaped Mac.
They all still work (except for the black screen on my ibook G4 and one I'll mention). That's why it's hard to let them go.
The one that died was a really reliable system, so much so, I gave it several organ transplants (accelerator cards), overclocked it, and did everything I could to keep it useful for a longer time, since it was a good machine. In the end I think it died of adrenaline exhaustion.
I also have couple of desktop PowerMacs, a couple of G3 laptops (500MHz), two Quicksilvers, the blue tower that preceded the Quicksilver, and several G4 laptops.
My current "main" machine is a G5 dual core. I have scads of printers, hard drives, card readers, and other devices hanging off it. Great machine, built like a tank and serves me well.

Yea, I quite enjoyed ME2. I played through twice. Once as an evil as hell Renegade dude, and then a second time as a very good Paragon female. She will be my import character, as I had all squadmates loyal and they all survived to the end. Kasumi was my favorite, though Legion was pretty awesome as well. Kasumi's maxed out Heavy Shadow Strike was excellent.
Being Japanese myself, I lold at the cheesy "Japaneseness" of Kasumi :D
