Do you mean Super Video CD? I believe that Toast can make them.
That's a fact. I used toast (version 5 at the time) to make SVCDs on my old iMac G3 and it works fine. Toast can use most quicktime supported movie formats.
You can put approx. half an hour of motion pictures on a CD-R

Here is a tip: "does not work" is a nearly worthless description of the problem you are/were having. You need to describe both the problem as you perceive it (and how you have decided that it is a problem in many cases). You have done the right thing in telling how you got to the point.

I called a little while ago and they told me they would be closing up at around 3p. They also told me that they would be equipped to "accommodate" a line.
When I asked for availability, I was told that they would have "plenty" to last through the weekend. Sounds very promising.
I have the day off, so I'm thinking I'll swing by noon to 1ish and check it out. If there's no big line then I'll just get there at around 3 330ish to be safe.
When are you thinking?

must be nice..here in maryland its a code red day for today and tomorrow, basically means don't go outside. in the 90's and about 100% humidity.
No it isn't. The humidity is high and it is hot as crap. I can't imagine how I am going to wait in line for the iPhone!

>Geez your dour today Blah. What's the problem? You got a bad case of the blahs.:)
I had two cups of coffee earlier today, but that only got me through typing over 10 pages in a matter of 6 hours or so.
And don't mind Sun Banked. He's got a piss face avatar case of some sort. - :D
As for the dream, if you would like to change the color of the Yosemite and post your version, your going to have to have Photoshop, and you're going to have to do it yourself. No one can perfect this dream for you. You know what you want from this photo

No. Too slow, not upgradeable enough, USB 1.1 and no Firewire.
An iMac 400DV with Firewire for that price would be worth looking at.

Video only needs about 700KB a sec bandwidth when it come to a typical modern DVD rip to avi or h.264 unless it's HD but even then it's maybe 2-3MB/sec.
Most of the 720p h264 media on the web is upward of 4MB/s (due to scene rules), with an extra 640/768/1536KB/s for audio. So the bitrate can easily reach around double what you're suggesting.

I think you'd be surprised how much knowledge the human brain can store. The problem is specific data access. Recalling "memories" is something that has been a basic task of computers for decades.
I know that the brain can store an enormous amount of information, but wasn't Watson programmed with the equivalent of over 1 million books? I've read a lot my entire life, but nowhere close to that. Getting back to Jeopardy, I think there were several questions when Ken knew the answer immediately but Watson beat him on the buzz in. You could see how frustrated he was getting as the computer hit the button precisely time after time. The humans had no chance on the reflex end of it. In that way it really wasn't fair as the machine could do it over and over again.
I really enjoyed watching and I did some reading about the Watson project on my own too. What impresses me the most is the humans that created this lighting fast machine. I hope it gets put to good use helping people.

The cases are deep. I've got a 1U RM Xeon that doesn't fit under a desk, I really don't have anywhere to put it. A friend passed the server on to me after his office, a major voip provider, closed and let him take a bunch of stuff.
If you're eying one, make sure you have room, my server is nearly 1 yard deep :O

In my opinion, a 23" screen is better for editing photos since you can have the pictures larger on the screen. (And you can see more when they are at 100%.)
Also, if you want a larger DVD picture, you want the 23" and not 2 20" displays.
There are also some quirks with using 2 displays that depending on what application(s) you use vould be a pain. Yes, here a lot of cases where 2 screens work well.
Also, as a final thought, 2 20" screens take up more desk space and require more head movement to see everything on the screens.

Sure... But I'm doing the exact same thing, and I just happened to have mentioned it, so don't advertise it here.
So... your doing a review? If you are what is wrong with more than one review? Also, I didn't advertise anything. Oh, and I thought you ordered the Rebel, not the Torrent.
