Noticed this today, When playing with 1 of my 4 360 controllers I noticed that on two of them the bottom grey plastic bit is slightly darker but shiny and on the other two the grey bit was lighter but matte. Is this to do with the different models or what? Am I just seeing things?

Really? You are always logged in and can't be logged out? Every single one of your contacts using those desktop services are always logged in as well and you can always communicate with them via that method!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!
The beauty of a mobile IM application is that you KNOW you can communicate with someone via that method no matter what. You don't have to check first if they're "logged in" (then if they're not logged in go back and send an SMS instead) b/c you and your contacts are always logged in.
Throw in the fact you can see when the message leaves your phone, gets delivered, when a contact is typing, fast file sharing, group chats, location sharing, broadcast messages etc and it's not even close to the same thing. Sorry.
actually they stayed loggedin for 7 days, and thats only if you're inactive for 7 days, applies to all people using it, most IM services, such as gtalk, msn, yahoo all do offline messaging, facebook does it as a message. with ebuddy i can see when people are typing, i can have group chats, do location sharing and i can file share with the apps too. so far the only thing i can't do is broadcast messages, which i've never heard of until you mentioned it, so therefore have no need. so really BBM only seems to do 1 thing that beejive and ebuddy don't do. the SMS thing is a bit silly, if someone ain't online and i want to message them i'll just SMS them, simple as, it's not like i cannot do that.

"The Return of Christ"? Didn't they make that movie years ago?
Followed by "The Revenge of Christ", "The Curse of Christ", "Taste the Blood of Christ", "Frankenstein Meets Christ", "Dr. Christ and the Bikini Machine", "Galilee Christ and the Temple of Doom" and of course the prequel, "Jesus the Christ and the Blustery Day".

OK, Easy ones first.
Don't host it on your Mac. You probably don't have a static IP address from your ISP and you really don't want the hassle of keeping it running if you are going to be working crazy hours and out of town on business.
You need to investigate Web hosts, to see what plans they have to offer you. Templates, pre-made gadgets, and a content management program (where you can update your pages just by logging in with a Web browser) might all be things that would make it easier for you. You'll find dozens of hosts advertising in the back section of computer magazines.
Consider hiring someone to do the initial setup. A website that an amateur builds, even if they work really hard at it, will still look like a good but amateur website. A graphic designer with website experience can bring your site's visual appeal head and shoulders above the standard Template driven or standard-issue site.
Find out what your employer's policy is on external websites -- often, a company will want to enforce standards of graphic design, security, product information and claims, copyright and legal information. Having an outside website representing their products could create a risk or liability situation for the company. They may already have a means to allow their sales reps to maintain contact pages on the corporate site.
If this is not for the medical equipment business, find out what your employer's policy is on moonlighting....
Avoid the .biz domain like the plague -- it is the TLD of choice for scammers and offshore frauds.

Have you tried any of these steps?
Mac doesn't boot (http://guides.macrumors.com/Mac_doesn't_boot)
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1417)
Troubleshooting: My computer won't turn on (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1367)
A flashing question mark appears when you start your Mac (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1440)

This is strictly amateur analysis but what seems particularly not great about this is that AAPL from basically the beginning of the year had been on a protracted slide down until that last quarterly report came out and beat expectations. Then things turned north. So go back and revise/remove that report... and what happens?
Having said that, if we see the magic phone or next generation iPod in the next month or so, I think people will want in.

What happened? Maybe it's because Macs are selling like crazy on their reputation and word of mouth. Why bother spending millions on TV advertising if you don't have to?
Last time I checked, PCs have always outsold Macs over the past two decades.
They simply gave out the wrong message in my mind, focusing more on the weaknesses of a competitor's product rather than focusing on the strengths of its own. When I used a PC I just thought they were stupid, and didn't shine a good light on Apple, it's products or it's users. When I got a Mac, they made me cringe. Good riddance.

No, the fastest you can put in it is the T7600. The Mini will not boot if it the CPU has a faster bus speed then 667Mhz.
thanks for the info i found one for less then the t7600 and it has a 6mb cache so i was hoping it would under clock and be a t7600 with a 6mb cache

today I purchase a Manfrotto light weight tripod and head, it came in a kit, and was cheap $135. It is light enough for me to hump around hiking. I looked at other tripods and heads, but went saver and purchased my first quality lens, a canon EF-S 10-22mm.

I was having the same discussion on another forum as well and they all convinced me to stay away from RAID0 for this system, the files are too important to risk for a little speed boost.
The new direction I'm thinking is...
Disk 1: 128GB SSD: Boot Drive
Disk 2: 320GB Clone drive + Time Machine Backup for Disk 1
Disk 3: 2TB scratch/storage drive
Disk 4: 3TB Time Machine for Disk 3
Disk 5: 2TB clone of Disk 3. What do you think, needed?
Then, have an external drive to clone both Disk 1 and Disk 3 that will be off-site.
How does that sound?

My mac is running Mac OS X 10.7.11 and it is very messed up. All system applications crash immediately and put up an error saying they crashed. My Finderbar is also messed up. Half of the icons are not showing up such as the wifi icon and bluetooth, but i can still click them and use the wifi. I tried booting from the recovery image and repaired my permissions but it did nothing to fix the problems. Anyone think they have the answer?

I have 4.2.1 and I was wondering if redsn0w or greenpois0n was more stable. The only thing I really do with the jailbreak is run BTstack GPS. Thanks!
Both use the same exploit, and they are very stable on my experienced, flip a coin and pick one.
