I am looking for some PC133 notebook memory to upgrade my old Samsung laptop.
I am looking for 1 or 2 x 256MB, and 1 or 2 x 512MB.
I am also looking for an external CDRW (preferrably USB powered).

This App is likely going to sell a lot in its first week of offering -- mainly to hardcore users or people with too much money. I can't blame the developer starting very high, for this very reason. He could have offered it at $100 and it still would sell a lot in the first few days. There are people out there who will just have to have this app, at any cost. But, then, it's likely going to fall off the charts after a week. It just doesn't make sense to sell an app for $50 when you can get the same content for free on Safari. The price will undoubtedly drop at this point.
Even at $20, it would be steep, but I would pay for it.

I'm a beginner programmer and to practice programming I'm working on a program that performs sequence formulas.

When I run the program, the first text field is already selected and you can't see the placeholder. I selected Refuse first responder for all the text fields but then Tab doesn't go to the next field. Is there a better way to not have any text fields selected at the start of the program?

Does anyone know of embroidery software where you can CREATE/digitize your own designs on a MAC for an embroidery machine. I've only been able to find software for PC users or software where all you can do is adjust colors, size etcetera.

I think the reasoning behind this is that the RAW importer has some settings that are individual to each Camera, rather than just being something that can import a certain file format. So officially to get the best results Apple needs to tune the importer to each camera.
Still it would be nice if they just supported the "unsupported" cameras with some default settings.
Why couldn't the camera-specific details live on a central website that the software drivers could pick up "live" when needed, and cache for later, so we wouldn't keep having to pick up these updates to keep up?

If you don't have the Track Number column selected, having the arrow point upwards on the Artist tab will have the same effect.

I started off with a macbook because my boss was a fan and ever since the iphone came out, he has not stopped talking about how great it is. Then I guess I got brainwashed and got myself an iphone4 and have not looked back since. I got my husband a ipod touch and he was totally blown away by it. The other day he popped into the istore and i found him trying to sell a dad some screen protective covers for his daughter's ipod touch. That ever happen to you? Find yourself selling something with an Apple on it to a total stranger? :apple:

So I've brought this up in various places other than mac rumors, and as you can probably tell I'm a new member so I'm not sure if this has been brought up before. I am a huge fan of the iPhone and maybe part of it has to do with a fanboy mentality. I have the iPhone 4 and love it. A lot of people I know at school have blackberries and one of the only and most important reasons they have one is because of BBM. Everyone seems to be a huge fan of bbm-ing and getting people's pins and I have to say the idea of it is pretty enticing. I realize many of you will probably say "it is the same as texting" but it does have its differences. Also, people might say "they have tons of apps that already do this". The problem with that is that you have to convince people to get that same app. Currently I use whatsapp, which works well but only a select few people have it, those who I had to convince to get it. What I was thinking is why doesn't apple have a native app for iPhone to iPhone messenger similar to BBM? Seems like a good idea to me, just a thought though.
i don't bother with whatsapp or anything like that, i just use Beejive, which uses msn, yahoo, gtalk, facebook chat, etc all in 1 app, so whichever my friends use, they're there, just add my existing accounts. simples :) my friends use that, or ebuddy or trillian to do the same on their devices, be it blackberry, android or iphone.

If Apple made a touch screen nano the size of the iPod fatty, then I'd be in heaven. While cool and neat to play with, the 6th gen is a smidge small to operate with a touchscreen.
